error in using the make command on ubuntu 20.04

'm trying to install Charm library in python 3.8, but when I use the make command this error occurs, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi @chaima99, this is due to the following URL https://github.com/JHUISI/charm/blob/acb55513b244bfdebbfe715cec7b564c8e850779/distribute_setup.py#L50 that uses http rather than https protocol.
