The EX-106 servo has a range of 12-bits, rather than 10, we need to do the
following:

# Allow PyPose to go up to 4095 for EX servos
# Select which servos are EX
# Adjust the radToServo() function of NUKE

Fixed in trunk (we should maybe later add ability to do mixed 10/12 bit...)
