What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.First time opening a pdf and clicking ok to install decoder plugin, nothing
happens, because cannot connect to Google Drive in China..
What is the expected output?
What do you see instead? Loading. Please wait.
What version of the product are you using? v2.2.3
On what operating system? Android 5.0.1
What device are you using? Samsung galaxy s4 i9505

In my case I think it's country-specific issue - I'm in China where access to
Google services is practically blocked, hence it doesn't connect to Google
Drive.
I'm using now VPN on my PC - theoretically I could get the decoder plugin from
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B6y-A-HTzyBiYnpIRHMzR1pueFU and
manually put on my sdcard. But I'm not quite sure what to look for..
p.s. Using Android in China sucks now more and more.. Last time when I landed
in China, I couldn't even launch a Google play edition custom rom.
