disable_symlinks has an additional value, if_not_owner. Could be added to possible values. It's now on or off
send_timeout only takes values 0 or 1 in our problem, but it's actually a time value, which is set by default to 60s. Could be set to any time between 0 and 120.
large_client_header_buffers evolves just the second value, while setting the number of buffers to 4. Could be evolved too.
server_tokes allows also to include a build version.
Additionally, we could add headers such as:
gzip_min_length, minimum length for compressing.
