Clarify methodology of experiments (rev 1) #40

Section 3.3 lacks a paragraph about the methodology of experiments. Such a paragraph should begin this section. I mean information about what was measured, what is initial fitness, distance, and so on. Then about groups of experiments and the tests from the earlier published research. And finally, about the form of presentation (what do the boxplot represent). Besides, the font of descriptions in Figures is too small.
