We have to change the focus away from the introduction to a research project, to actually qualify the object of the survey. Could be only self-organized criticality in all kind of networks and "transfer learning", for instance.

Also techniques used in this, like Bayesian networks or Markov chains. Also: types of measures: topological, link-level, node-level measurements, macro-measures

Try to find out product levels from the interaction between different types of networks.

In biology: *omic networks
In cities: pedestrian, public transportation, road network, street network
In scientific production: coauthorship networks, citation networks, cocitation networks

How networks motifs are used to identify the area in which our network is originated and how can they be used as a feature to create/analyze networks?

We can use the reconstruction indexes to obtain an "more-optimize" and equivalent network when we have generated our first net from pure data.
