Since Digests, which will probably be used for generating the URL, are one-way, and you need to put all the information in the URL to be able to properly generate a QR

Unless you can use a QR to generate URL + payload. Let's try and look if that's possible

We will probably not need an inverse look up, but we will definitely need to store valid Digests/User IDs. It's not enough to check that they are digests, because someone could craft a new random digest, thus generating a ticket
