When equal number of contibutions order by followers? #14

When two users have equal number of contibutions, order by followers number? order by stars? You can check at myself: with 334 contributions ahead a 85 stars user....

Could be, yes... It's right now sorted lexicographically. But feel free to look at the code and change it to your liking... Or sugest an enhancement https://github.com/JJ/github-city-rankings
