Research on an email service to use.

Options:

Apache Commons Email (https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-email/)
AWS SES (https://aws.amazon.com/ses/)

Can look for other options than above as well. Need to see short term and long term implementation. Research based on cost and implementation efforts.

Decided to implement email using AWS SES (Simple Email Service)
