Set-up BHL-Wiki Project board and present on its utility for the group

As a BHL-WIKI Secretariat Facilitator, I want to ensure that the BHL-Wiki group has a project management solution in place to aid them with agenda creation, scoping high-priority work, metrics tracking, and fostering asynchronous communication across the globe.

[x] Set up SCRUM phases
[x] Create label library
[x] Create Milestones
[x] Add BHL-WIKI users
[x] Create relevant views (ticket listing, goals, my assignments etc.
[x] Experiment with metrics tracking and create a few charts (see ticket for more work on this)
[x] Scope project management schema with relevant metadata
[x] Populate tickets based on already DONE work sourced from past agendas, the bhl-wiki priority list, and the BHL-Charter.
[x] Give a presentation and overview of how to use the BHL-Wiki board to members and circulate the training via recording. (see ticket BHL-WIKI 36)
