[x] RealityShift
[x] Teleport - a) Manual and b) Automatic
[x] Gaze
[x] Link up with ManaBar for consumption costs
RealityShift is just switching between realities
Teleport is moving from dimension to dimension to move quickly
Gaze is the ability to look into the other dimension for less mana
