Mathlib has some SIMD stuff, but it's not complete yet.

Optimize for:

[ ] ARM Neon
[ ] x86 SSE/SSE2/SSE3
[ ] x86 SSE4.2
[ ] x86 AVX (this is probably overkill)

Classes to optimize:

[ ] Vector3 (Almost complete)
[ ] Vector4 (Almost complete)
[ ] Matrix
[ ] Quat
[ ] Plane
