CIF reader fails on correct files #106

The two cases where the reader fails and it shouldn't

  1. The atomsite block headers start with spaces (this may apply to other headers)

  2. no symmetry is defined, but the space group is listed

    • I may want to limit this case just to the P1 space group (i.e. no symmetry)
