non-parallel STEM suffers from aliasing issues #120

For non-parallel StEM configurations, the moving potentials create aliasing issues that create a pattern in the resulting STEM image. Particularly prevalent when the STEM pixel size is smaller than the potential image pixel size.

This is just an issue with aliasing, as the STEM pixel moves, the grid defining the potentials move. The aliasing of this grid leads to the artefacts.

I think I have resolved this by snapping the potentials grid to the same grid for all STEM pixels
