Termux: Add termux_installer.sh and include README instructions #63

Adds termux_installer.sh to setup pypush SMS registration and schedule it as a persistent Android job to run re-registration.

Added the Termux installation instruction to the README, and converted the other existing ones to an ordered list instead.

Made reference to Beeper Mini that can be used as a paid proprietary stand alone alternative.

The termux_installer.sh could use more testing from someone on a fresh system. I tried it on mine, but it was already in a "dirty" state from investigating how to do it in the first place.
