Sounds "stack up" when game/window is not focused #267

When you alt+tab away, then back into the game you're greeted with an ear piercing arrangement of every sound effect you missed while you were looking at something else!

I'd never thought of this as a bug, but I guess it is. This will probably require some big engine changes to how sounds work so this'll probably be on the backburner for a while.

This is supposedly fixed upstream in OpenJK. Maybe pulling would fix it.

Ensiform says it wasn't fixed by OpenJK and probably won't be until sound system is rewritten.
