As expected, some slugthrowers are simply too strong vs unarmored targets, the Dressy possibly is the worst offender
This combined with the fact that players have 100 health to start out with and no longer 100 health 25 shields on every spawn makes heavy damage weapons, especially relatively cheap ones like this a bit too strong.
