Jump/roll stamina costs #280

I was thinking about making it so that the first time you jump it only costs 5 stamina (as suggested by Onysfx at JKHub), but if you are spamming jump it will increasingly cost more each time with a cap of 15.

i.e. First jump costs 5, if you jump again within 2 seconds it will cost 10, and again within 2 seconds costing 15 stamina, if you were to jump again within 2 seconds it will cost another 15 stamina.

This may require a larger cap in the future, but this is probably good for now, discourages bunny hopping, but allows for you to jump small ledges that just barely block you (Blueice Nightfall has a few of these ledges that require a jump).

This would also apply to rolling.

I think just 10 stamina is fine for now. You aren't supposed to spam jump for a reason.

Should you be able to roll (to reduce damage) from falls when stamina is low? Right now you kinda just splat. Not sure if I like.
