Starter Pistols #284

I'm considering making "starter" variants of certain pistols.

The current DL-18 would become the starter variant, with a better version that you can buy in the shop. I would also make a starter version of the Q2 (with only slightly modified stats), and a starter version of the DE-10 (possibly a non-scoped but not snub version) with reduced damage.

We then give players the choice between the three weapons when they join, a low damage, small magazine but rapid fire Q2, a heavy damage but slow firing DE-10, or somewhere between the two with the DL-18.

The original versions of these weapons would still be available in the shop (plus a new DL-18 with better stats).
