Implement laser projector behavior #287

The laser projector should be a placeable (throwable?) consumable that acts as a turret shooting at any enemy until it runs out of ammo. This is very similar to the base JKA sentry item, but it can be placed on any surface and has a much more limited cone of aiming, it is also limited by shots instead of time.

This should also be placeable by mappers (or lua scripts?) as an NPC.

How long should the initial timer be and should it start when placed or when it fires its first shot?

Probably the same as the base JKA sentry is fine
