Change EFX on explosive ammo #297

Both the explosive quarrels and explosive slugs use explosion effects that is vastly too large, they block players' views really easily and potentially cause FPS drops.

I changed a little bit of this with explosive slugs. Explosive quarrels probably needs a new efx though if you wanna replace it there's not a whole lot of other choices that are green.

Note: This issue is only related to the triple shot bowcaster (sniper_bowcaster), and classic bowcaster (rifle_bowcaster_c). The heavy bowcaster using the explosive ammo feels good, however the triple-shot bowcaster and classic bowcaster fire very rapidly.

Consider making it so ammo can affect firerate, firingtype (e.g. make it semi), etc.
