Occasionally players will be frozen after respawning #313

They won't be able to move until dying again. Not sure what causes it yet, might be related to stun debuffs.

I believe this is happening due to a bug with the shop. Needs more investigation, but players might be able to open the shop menu using the shop command from console to free themselves of being frozen.
