Disintegration efx on players do not work #343

Disintegration efx on players still causes them to instantly disappear or otherwise play incorrectly (freezes player model then blips them out of existence a few seconds later). They do work with npcs.

This appears to only occur with very high damages, disintegration will still happen with lower damages. eg: to reproduce fire sniper_dxr6 at head and no disintegration will occur, firing at the foot will still disintegrate.
