bluez ime issue with htc one

Hi.

I meet a problem wirh my new HTC ONE,

Android version: 4.2.2 official rom no root
bluetooth controller: iPega wireless bluetooth game controller

and I follow this step:
1. Download BluezIME-v1.16.apk BluezIME-HIDEnabler.apk and install.
2. enable bluetooth and connnect to ipega controller.
3. open bluezIME:
3.1 selet device -> ipega controller
3.2 driver select -> zeemote js1
3.3 select IME -> bluez IME
4. open NDS Simulator
5. no reponse.....
6. try other popular games like zenzonia 4 and temple run 2, are also no 
response with ipega controller

I also test my old smartphone HTC desire HD, it work perfect, desire hd rom is
Cyanogenmod android 4.1.2

What version of BluezIME are you using?
1.16 + HID
What Android device do you have? What Android version?
HTC ONE and ANDROID 4.2.2
What gamepad are you using?
Ipega 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download BluezIME-v1.16.apk BluezIME-HIDEnabler.apk and install.
2. enable bluetooth and connnect to ipega controller.
3. open bluezIME:
3.1 selet device -> ipega controller
3.2 driver select -> zeemote js1
3.3 select IME -> bluez IME(On other phones will has a new input method, like 
gameboard, hid pad..etc, but HTC ONE hasn't)
4. open NDS 
Simulator(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsemu.drasticcn)
5. Ipega controller no reponse.....
6. try other popular games like zenzonia 4 and temple run 2, are no response 
too.
