[Feature] Add ByRef Data to byVal SMO in Editor #5

Right now, there's no easy way to add ByRef Data to a byVal SMO using the Editor. I propose we add that capability.

@jimkring "JKI SMO Editor" is not part of this open source project. I suggest this issue be duplicated on JKI's internal issue tracker, unless you are planning to open source the SMO Editor as well ;-)
