Just quickly finished Ontario highway shields mentioned in https://discord.com/channels/1220028091011829900/1224892524053921803

Right now I only did Provincial highway shields and Regional highways shields, as I couldn't find what Provincial secondary highways shields and Ontario Tertiary highway shields used on sign panels.
