The way VBO is currently implemented, it increases the amount of drawcalls for ghoul2 and md3 surfaces.

Todo:

Prevent unnecessary MVP "qvkCmdPushConstants" using memcmp, or store MVP in entity UBO
Reduce descriptor and UBO bindings for pipelines that do not use those
