Add other huobi client #81

Not at all complete, but works for fetching symbols and trades. I will look to extend this over time.

Hi, thanks for the work, looks good from just scanning through this. As you mentioned most endpoints aren't implemented yet, and in the current state it's not extensive enough for me to merge/release. I'll be happy to if more endpoints are implemented.
