Make a "make install" option via CMake

Ok with commit 8326e24f2193d6bc99fcc9a37bd737bd53a08dc0 this option now exists, and has been written into the Documentation. Default installation location will need sudo make install to get admin privileges.

Thanks for the update. I agree this addresses the comments I made about installation regarding being able to make install the package.
