Remove old MWA FEE code and replace with `mwa_hyperbeam` #26

Cut out all of the old MWA FEE primary beam code, and replace with calls to mwa_hyperbeam. At the same time, update the structs that store both COMPONENT information and primary beam gains to stream line the code.
