Auto correlations #29

Adds in the option to simulate auto-correlations, and adds to helper scripts add_woden_uvfits.py and concat_woden_uvfits.py, allowing the user to add visibilities from two sets of uvfits, or combine separate coarse band uvfits into a single concatentated uvfits file by frequency.
