Adding a button to switch day / night

Description

Added a button to switch between 3 modes :

Day : Force the map to stay on day
Night: Force the map to stay on night
Night an Day (default one): Normal map day and night cycle

The button is hidden in case of the current selected map doesn't have night-and-day applied.
