Notifiers probably need to be restructured for this. I want a log that shows what changed and when this change was detected. And this log then also triggers the E-Mail notifications, but its also easily accesible in the frontend.

@tametsi had a great idea, to use webhooks for custom applications. Can we get him started on this or something else?
