Support for flexmailer / mosaico mailing. Bounces don't get recorded … #114

…to correct mailing otherwise.

This PR adds support for flexmailer, used with mosaico mailings.

Without the PR code adds queue items for both mass mailing and transaction mailings. Bounces and any other events then get recorded against transaction mailing, instead of mailing it was sent through.
