Please add instructions on how to disable/uninstall the component #62

Although there's a "disable" button, I don't know if that's sufficient to disconnect the extension from the Joomla CiviCrm mailing settings and operation? A statement about this or checklist or steps to do it would be useful.

Thanks for the suggestion, tabletguy: we'll add instructions for disabling and uninstalling the extension in the next release. It is the standard way for all CiviCRM extensions. See https://github.com/JMAConsulting/biz.jmaconsulting.mte/blob/master/README.md
