How do I translate cocorico ? #25

Hey,

As discussed during the hackathon last week-end :

It'd be great to make cocorico available in other languages. How do you suggest we do that? Could you provide the link to the files that need translations?

we have to do those little changes first:

In the meantime, you can start by translating the content of intl.js.
