Add MJD filtering choice to GenericFilterEditor in addition to first Wavelength filter.
A combobox should ask the user to define a genericFilter working on wlen or mjd for a single range first.
Selector should be able to get this information for a latter new mask computation ( numerical 1D related to oitools#53 )
