Add linear extrapolation method to MY_SRC #10

As an alternative to the constrained spline at mbkt method add the linear extrapolation to jpk for Anthony to test.

New dynhpg.F90.lin code added to MY_SRC, constrained cubic spline method at mbkt moved to dynhpg.F90.cub and a default symlink added dynhpg.F90 -> dynhpg.F90.cub
