missing variable in ICs #19

Having tried to run the original CO AMM7 set up - I've found the there is a missing variable (mask) in the ICs. Not sure how others have managed to run this config in the past. I'll add this into the INPUTS and test.

I came across this missing variable. The simulation runs if you remove the vertical interpolation.

thanks @rdPatmore, I realise that this is the case. I was just raising an issue to rectify the problem as we're likely to switch between MES and Siddorn and Furner vertical coordinates. I haven't checked but I have a feeling if you're running with MES then you need to run with vertical interpolation as the ICs are on the old vertical grid.

FYI I introduced the vertical interpolation code into dtatsd.F90 in order not to have to create new ICs every time we changed the vertical grid.
