Setup script not setting up #7

Rather than creating test/nemo/cfgs/AMM7/EXP00, when running the setup script the following is created in test/nemo

AMM7_SF12_p24_L51 arch domain_cfg.nc domain_def_nemo.xml ext field_def_nemo-oce.xml grid_def_nemo.xml makenemo mk namelist_ref

in AMM7_SF12_p24_L51

AMM7_SF12_p10_L51 BDY chlorophyll.nc coordinates.bdy.nc domain_cfg.nc field_def_nemo-oce.xml grid_def_nemo.xml iodef.xml meta_out nemo RESTARTS TIDE ATM BDY_SKAG context_nemo.xml coordinates.skagbdy.nc domain_def_nemo.xml file_def.xml initcd_y2005m01.nc kd490.nc namelist_ref OUTPUTS RIV xios_server.exe

A path had changed to nemo repo
