CO9 model - EOS80 or TEOS10? #11

TEOS10 - updates to CO9p2 branch of the repository will come.

James has implemented TEOS10 in the FOAM R&D suite. This involved changing the namelist parameter and converting all the input files (initial conditions, LBCs, ...) to the TEO10 variables. We should make sure his changes are consistent with any updates to the central CO9p2 branch.
