Maintenance of Marine Assess
Consolidation of VALNA/VALSO/VALTRANS. Set up on JASMIN??
As part of this feedback developments to CDFTools.
ESMValTool for future diagnostics package.
Organise a hackathon gathering all interested developers, once IP work is underway with a working e.g. of Marine Assess on ESMValTool (NOC + Met Office + Lee de Mora)

At some point we will need to review the observations/climatology used in Marine Assess:

to add WOA climatology
to update to the latest version of de Boyer Montégut MLD climatology (https://cerweb.ifremer.fr/deboyer/mld/home.php)
to use net surface heat flux from Reading University DEEP-C version 5 (rather than NOC climatology)
