New ancillary files are required for NEMOv4.2.1 (no haloes) and above. These have been produced and will be stored under a new directory structure in /project/ocean/nemo and backed up in MASS potentially in /adhoc/users/nemo/ancil

Some form of version control will be implemented, probably adding a version to the metadata of the netcdf file.
