Dist docs examples #5

Adds various example files and documents that form part of the distribution. Add ant steps to build the distribution zip file.

Just noticed this PR has been ready to merge for a while. Should we merge it?

(See also PR#4, for a discussion of perhaps merging XTrkCadReader into part of the JMRI tree so it gets a bit more attention)
