PR for #11: Updates README #12

In this branch, follow-up from #11, I updated the citation in the main README.

The new compiled release is release.zip
The new codebook, the only file that change, is codebook.pdf
The Harvard Dataverse release was updated: 1) I changed metadata to reflect the new citation, 2) I updated codebook.pdf

Tasks:

Make sure the new citation is correct (@jmshapir, @miikapaal)
If so, publish the changes in the Havard Dataverse release (@jmshapir)
Squash and merge (@santiagohermo)
Release version v1.0.1 with the updated citation (@santiagohermo)

@santiagohermo from https://github.com/JMSLab/LaroplanOCR/pull/10#issuecomment-1093222892 it looks like (?) you should be able to edit the Dataverse entry directly but if you find I need to tackle it just let me know, thanks!

Thanks @jmshapir! I have updated the dataset in Havard Dataverse, what I meant to say is whether you can take a look at the changes and if you agree publish them. My changes are in "draft" mode:

I assumed you could see the changes in draft mode, but maybe I am wrong. I take your earlier comments as implying that things look good, so I'll proceed to publish those changes and wrap up this issue.

Summary here
