static overlay not working if depvar name is abbreviated #155

There's a problem with parsing in xteventplot that prevents the static overlay from showing up if the dependent variable name was abbreviated.

Summary: In this issue we fixed the parsing of the cmdpredict local to enable overlay plots when the dependent variable names were abbreviated. We also fixed some overlay error messages.
