Clarify normalized coefficient in IV estimation #161

@SimonFreyaldenhoven noticed that the output about what coefficient was normalized to zero was unclear. We'll make this output clearer.

Summary: In this issue we made the output from _eventiv clearer. Now it explicitly tells the user which coefficients were normalized initially, and which coefficients wer normalized for IV estimation,
