Default color for CIs doesn't look good with Stata 18 default color scheme #214

Modify the default color scheme for CIs so the default graph looks better on Stata 18. It doesn't look good now because the new default for Stata 18 has gridlines with the same line color as the CI lines and the CI lines don't contrast with them.

Summary: In this issue we changed the default style for the confidence intervals in plots to have a different color that contrasts with the gridlines in Stata 18.
