Added art to blue special attack and ultimate. Fixed a number of bugs as well:

enemy health bars now update for DOT damage
facing direction indicator is now more accurate, mainly when stationary
can now fire projectiles and specials while standing still and they will follow the facing direction --> better control over facing direction
