Get booth camera fixed #13

Right now, Kino only has access to the video camera feed without a feed of the experiment. This isn't ideal because I'd like to be able to handcode the familiarization trials (and show off the experiment lol)

I have to email rob and ask what that would look like time/cost-wise and get Jenny's Ok. If we don't run while I'm out, that might be a great time to get a new system set up in that booth.

In prog: We're doing a major rework of that booth with capture cards instead of a simple quad splitter. Should cost on the order of ~$1000 and be good by next month. Can proceed with pilot data collection for now.

Done! We now have a setup with a quad port capture card -> OBS, which seems to be working!

We may need to figure out how to convert to icoder compatible files instead of the default OBS output video, but thats a problem for another time.
